For the last 6 months we have been overhauling our IT systems after 5 years sterling service with the old system. We have a new server, new PC’s, tablets, laptops and phones. Off-site backups and Office 365 throughout. We have embraced cloud computing and are rolling out Sharepoint as the in-house information system. Our broadband has been upgraded to 100mbps upload and download to cope with the information flow and our system security has been locked down solid to protect ours and our clients data from external influences and all our staff are now adapting to embrace the new opportunities this major overhaul brings us.
We have tried to do this with minimal interference to our clients access to us and have largely been successful. Watch this space as more of the new system brings further client benefits over the coming months.
